I would be grateful if you would kindly provide me with the information on the below queries for all council broughs and districts as part of the DFG and for those in council properties:

1. Whom do you use for the supply and installation of your modular/concrete ramps? - domestic properties

2. Are you in a current contract with a supplier/provider for this equipment? If so whom is the contractors, you use for this type of adaptation?

3. If you are in a contract/framework for this when does this contract expire, please?

4. Please would you provide contact full details for the Senior/Lead Occupational Therapist, including contact details?

5. Please kindly provide list of all approved contractors/builders you use for disability adaptations.

6. Please kindly state the manufacturer you use for the modular ramps?

Response

1. Whom do you use for the supply and installation of your modular/concrete ramps? - domestic properties

Procurement for modular ramps supply and installation is arranged via a Dynamic Procurement System (DPS) provided by Independence CIC. Concrete ramps (where used) are also arranged via local contractors registered with the DPS.

2. Are you in a current contract with a supplier/provider for this equipment?

Contractors are registered on the DPS can bid for works to the specification and schedule of rates provided for modular ramps.

If so whom is the contractors, you use for this type of adaptation?

They currently use a variety of different manufacturers/suppliers.

3. If you are in a contract/framework for this when does this contract expire, please?

The contract with Independence CIC is due to be reviewed in January 2024.

4. Please would you provide contact full details for the Senior/Lead Occupational Therapist, including contact details?
