A: We have a web-based directory of community services, groups, and information available for all people in Herefordshire to access, not specifically for adult social care.

A: External provider

A: People, Places, Lives (PPL UK)
c. If an external provider please provide the renewal date for the contract
A: 31 March 2024
d. What is the annual support cost for your directory/eMarketplace?
A: The support cost is £30k per annum.
e. Are there any plans to review provision of your directory / Marketplace in the next 12 months?
A: We are currently going through a tender process for a new directory.
