I would welcome a response within 14 days confirming what AWR comparator rate Herefordshire Council has determined for SEND tuition work and whether that rate is communicated to commissioned tutoring companies

Response

A: the Service Area have advised that there is no clear comparator post for a SEND Tutor as part of Herefordshire Council's establishment. There has not therefore been a rate communicated to our commissioned tutoring company.
