Response

1) The number of businesses which breached Natasha's Law between 1 October 2021 and 1 October 2022.

A: Our trader database does not include a code in regard to Natasha's law. This is not a requirement of Food CoP/LACORS risk assessment.

Looking through all non-compliant inspections which will at least record the nature of the non-compliance, we have found 16 businesses where Natasha's law had an impact that were not complying with food labelling law.

2) The penalty for the breach. If the punishment was a fine, please outline the value of the fine.

A: Advice given in regard to any noncompliance.

3) The name that the offending business traded under, and its address.
