I am writing to make a formal request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 regarding Section 106 (s106) funds OR community infrastructure levy (CIL) currently held by your authority. Specifically, I would like to request the following information:
Total Amount of s106 or CIL Funds Held: The total amount of s106 or CIL contributions currently held by your authority for the purpose of funding schools, educational facilities, and other essential services (e.g., healthcare, transport, community infrastructure). Breakdown by Service and Location:
A detailed breakdown of the s106 or CIL funds, specifying how much is allocated to each service (e.g., schools, healthcare, transport) and the geographic area or project it pertains to.
Unallocated or Unspent Funds: The total amount of s106 or CIL funds that remain unallocated or unspent, including how long these funds have been held and any reasons for the delay in their usage.
Planned Future Allocations: Information on any planned future allocations of the unspent s106 or CIL funds for schools, educational facilities, and other essential services, including any proposed projects or timelines for expenditure. Time Frame of Contributions: The time frame over which these s106 or CIL funds were collected (e.g., from January 2015 to the present).
