I am requesting the following recorded information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 concerning housing allocations made through Herefordshire HomePoint.

For each of the financial years:

2022/23

2023/24

2024/25

2025/26

please provide:

1. The total number of households that were allocated social or affordable rented accommodation through Herefordshire HomePoint during each financial year.

2. Of those allocations, the number where the lead applicant was recorded as a British citizen/UK national.

3. Of those allocations, the number where the lead applicant was recorded as not being a British citizen/UK national.

4. For the applicants identified in question 3, please provide a breakdown by recorded nationality/citizenship, together with the number of allocations for each nationality.

5. Please state whether the HomePoint housing register records any of the following information about applicants:

* nationality;

* citizenship;

* immigration status;

* settled status;

* pre-settled status;

* refugee status; or

* other eligibility status relating to immigration control.

For question 5, I am only asking which of these data fields/categories are recorded by the council/HomePoint. I am not requesting any personally identifiable information.

If nationality or citizenship is not held as a specific data field, please state this explicitly and identify which of the above fields, if any, are used when determining an applicant's eligibility for the housing register.

Please provide the information in electronic format, preferably Excel or CSV where the information is held in tabular form.
