Please see the attached spreadsheet.

Regarding the adult social care training, in addition to unconscious bias training (unconscious bias 'what did I do wrong?' and unconscious bias 'what should one do?'), the training course also covered the following: strength based assessments of needs and support planning, strength based carers assessments and support planning, risk enablement, maximizing independence, motivational interviewing, importing information, how to be the best version of yourself, how to gain best version of your team, self- appraisal interests and desired outcomes, having difficult conversations, the Human Rights Act and motivation, habit and the cycle of change. The aim of the course was to consider communications and interactions with people we support, and be mindful that our personal experience lead us to a certain point of view about how people live, especially when it is different to our own life, and learning to adapt to the person for a more equitable and inclusive offer.
