Description of the information required: Over six years have now elapsed since most of Hereford's Shirehall became vacant following the collapse of part of its ceiling in June 2020.
Can you please tell me the total cost to the council of maintaining the building since then, including security measures, building maintenance, utilities, any taxes, and the cost of removing the items it previously housed.
Please also state how much has been spent up to the present time on repurposing it as a new library, learning centre and community space, and the source of the funding for this.

£400k, funded by Stronger Towns Funds Grant and Capital Receipts Reserve.
