Please may you provide me with:
Q1. A list of all existing Highways Maintenance Frameworks and Term Maintenance contracts which would include the refurbishment and maintenance of Bridges and structures.
Q2. Please could you provide the start dates and expiration dates of these contracts and also a list of the contractors who are currently on the Frameworks or Term Maintenance contract.
Q3. Annual spend on each Framework/ Term Maintenance contract

Q1. The asset management, inspection, repair and maintenance of highways structures (including bridges) is managed through the council's Public Realm Contract.
Q2. The Public Realm Contract is a 10 year contract which commenced in 2013 and currently has been granted a 1 year extension to 2024, this contract was awarded to Balfour Beatty Living Places.
Q3. The spend on Highways Structures through the Public Realm Contract for 2021/22 was £3,131,708.61.
