Please provide me with details of all complaints licensing have received regarding Wye Lounge (formerly Tweet Bar) in Ross-on-Wye for the last 2 years.
The Service Area have confirmed they received two complaints in the last two years and these were both made on the same day. Please see the details below.
20.11.2023 - Information was received from West Mercia Police that the premises was open and selling alcohol, despite them being advised on 16 November 2023 and 17 November 2023 that this was not permitted.
20.11.2023 - A complaint was received from a member of the public that on the evening of 17.11.2023 alcohol was purchased in the premises, till receipts were provided showing alcohol was purchased on that evening.
