TV Aerial & IRS Systems contractor used for asset portfolio

I would be most grateful if you would provide me, under the Freedom of Information Act, details in respect to any TV Aerial and IRS contracts you may have in place. The details we require are:
* Do you currently have a provider / contractor in place to service and maintain the TV Aerial and / or IRS systems in your housing stock / asset portfolio?
If so, could you please answer the following under the Freedom of Information Act.
* What is the actual spend on this contract (and any sub lots), from the start of the contract to the current date?
* Start date & duration of contract?
* Is there an extension clause in the contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension?
* Has a decision been made yet on whether the contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?
* Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract? However, if not, who provides the repairs to these systems.

The council does not have any TV aerial or IRS system which needs to be repaired in our asset portfolio. Regarding housing stock, the council has only recently taken the decision to become a registered provider to start developing housing again, having previously transferred its housing stock to Herefordshire Housing Ltd, now Connexus, in 2001. Information about the service and maintain of TV aerial and / or IRS systems in their housing stock is held by that provider and you would need to request this direct from them via the following link: https://www.herefordshire.gov.uk/private-housing
