Included in this contract are: Highways “routine maintenance, emergency and out-of-hours response, highways schemes and improvements, electrical installations, highway drainage, winter service, street cleaning, public rights of way, water management, green spaces, parks, verges and trees, street lighting “routine maintenance, traffic signals“ routine maintenance.
