Who is responsible for ensuring ACE Adoptions operates a LETTERBOX SERVICE?
A: All parties who are signed up to a letterbox arrangement are responsible for its successful operation. ACE has a team of letterbox coordinators who upon receipt of the letterbox exchange agreement will put the necessary arrangements in place for forwarding the correspondences.
How many families have been denied access to the LETTERBOX SERVICE?
A: No families are denied access to the letterbox service where this has been agreed
Why are ACE Adoptions services failing to run and maintain a proper LETTERBOX SERVICE?
A: There is no evidence to suggest that the letterbox service is failing. However, on some occasions there may be a delay a getting the letterbox exchange established due to circumstances of the people involved. However, the letterbox coordinators can assist in these circumstances.
Can you also supply copies of all the policies and procedures you use that govern the use of LETTERBOX SERVICES for birth families.
