For the village of Lingen, SY7 (a conservation area) how many planning complaints, planning contraventions or enforcement issues have been reported and logged between January 2023 and April 2024. A) The service area have confirmed 2 planning enforcement complaints have been received for Lingen, between the period 1 January 2023 and 18 April 2024.
Further, of all those complaints (raised via all channels) and enforcement issues, how many have been investigated and action taken?
A) The service area have confirmed the 2 planning enforcement complaints have been investigated. The first resulted in a planning enforcement notice being issued. The second resulted in a planning application being submitted.
