A: The LA feeds back to Ofsted only when requested by Ofsted for further information.
3 Please supply Template referral document
A: We do not have a template referral document. Complaints are made directly to Ofsted by the complainant via the Ofsted online portal. Ofsted triage these complaints and may send some on to the LA. A request to Ofsted should be made for further information on their processes.
