Please can you tell me

1. Whether you collect data on fires that occur in listed buildings in your planning area, and

2. Whether you keep record of derelict buildings in your planning area, including any records on risks associated with their condition

3. If yes, please share

1. Any records that you have of fires that have occurred in listed buildings in your planning area from 1st January 2018 to 31st December 2024 (inclusive) in a .csv or .xlsx file

2. Any records that you have of derelict buildings in your planning area from 1st January 2018 to 31st December 2024 (inclusive) in a .csv or .xlsx file

3. The name, date, and location of fires in derelict listed buildings in your area from 1st January 2018 to 31st December 2024 (inclusive) in a .csv or .xlsx file Partial or summary data is acceptable if full records aren't available.

1.      Whether you collect data on fires that occur in listed buildings in your planning area, and

 

A: Herefordshire Council do not collect data on fires that occur in listed buildings

2.      Whether you keep record of derelict buildings in your planning area, including any records on risks associated with their condition

 

A: Whilst individual derelict buildings are sometimes reported by members of the Public, Herefordshire Council currently do not hold a record of derelict buildings in the planning area.

 

As no data is not held in respect of questions 1 and 2, there are no records to disclose for question 3.
