In respect of ‘older parks/land that have had caravans or mobile homes stationed on them previously’, Caravan site licences do not have an expiry date, so the list on the public register will include these. As such we consider this information to be exempt under Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 because it is reasonably accessible to you via other means. Please take this letter as a refusal notice under S17 of the Act.
Regarding properties who might have submitted a planning application to have had a single caravan placed on their land, this information can be found on the Planning Search facility on Herefordshire Council’s website:

Once you are on the Planning Search page, you can type in key word ‘Caravan’ to generate any relevant applications.
