Under the Freedom of Information Act, please can you provide the approximate average cost to Herefordshire Council to deliver the following transport projects in the most recent year for which figures are available. For the purpose of this request, please understand approximate cost to mean the total of
i) fees for prelims, traffic management, and signage and road markings),
ii) works contingency,
iii) restricted and night working,
iv) fees for design, project management, construction supervision, and Quantity Surveyor,
v) Traffic Regulation Orders,
vi) Air Quality Assessment,
vii) site investigations,
viii) street lighting assessment, and
ix) Statutory Undertakers Allowance.
1. Installation of Bollard (per bollard)

1. Installation of Bollard (per bollard)
