I would like to make a request under the freedom of information act for the following information:
• Any maps of sites determined as contaminated land as per the Part2A of the Environmental Protection Act 1990, ideally in a shapefile or Geopackage.
Response
A: The service area has confirmed that a former landfill site at Stretton Sugwas,Hereford, HR4 7PT, is the only site in Herefordshire which has been designated ascontaminated land under Part 2A of the Environmental Protection Act 1990
