I am writing to request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Please provide the data in Excel or CSV format if possible.
Q1. The number of parking violations recorded in your area for vehicles parked in disabled parking bays without displaying a valid Blue Badge (or other proof of eligibility), broken down by calendar year for the past five years (2019 to 2024 inclusive).
Q2. The total amount of fines issued for these offences during the same period, also broken down by year.
Q3. If available, the number of repeat offenders (i.e. drivers who have received more than one fine for parking in a disabled space without eligibility) during this period.
Q4. If held, a breakdown of which car parks or locations recorded the highest number of these violations, including the top five locations by volume over the five-year period.
