Employee Assistance Programme – there are a number of channels for employees to use to access the support.

Calls direct to 24/7 help line = 49

 

Mental Health First Aiders and Bullying and Harassment Advisors – we are unable to provide further information, as due to the nature of support offered, data is not recorded.  

 

Benefits Platform – 800 active users, with 8500 sessions over 12 months. 

 

Wellbeing Apps – 27.8% enrolled.

 

Know Your Numbers Health Checks – 1 session offered – 95% uptake of appointments.

 

Health and Wellbeing Training and Awareness Webinars – we cannot provide as the sessions are recorded and can be accessed at any time by colleagues.

 

8.    How much is budgeted annually for staff wellbeing (including employee benefits).
