There are 4216 works of art on Herefordshire Council's collections database.
2. The estimated total value.
£1,230,000 from a valuation report in August 2020.
3. The number of works currently on display.
Herefordshire Council have just removed any art that was on display at Hereford Museum and Art Gallery for redevelopment project. One piece of work is on display at the Black and White House Museum.

We do not have individual figures for costs of maintaining the art collection held by the museum as this is subsumed within the cost of maintaining the museum service as a whole. No conservation work has been carried out on the art collection in that period.
