-Who is the contract with for public Wi-Fi at Herefordshire Libraries (The provider)?
The underlying Wi-Fi network is shared between the corporate use of the library and the public use, which is provided by MLL. Hoople Ltd provided technical support for the wireless system used in Herefordshire libraries.
-The annual cost for public Wi-Fi at Herefordshire Libraries?
We are unable to break costs down to just public Wi-Fi at Herefordshire libraries.
-For how many consecutive years has an agreement been with the current provider?
MLL have provided Herefordshire Council with a network for 4 consecutive years, Hoople Ltd have provided technical support for 11 consecutive years.
