Response

Herefordshire Council awarded £90,000 of the Great Places to Visit (GPV) Fund to Bromyard Town Council. A Service Level Agreement (SLA) was drawn up and signed by Herefordshire Council and Bromyard Town Council. The SLA includes a list of GPV activities, which Bromyard Town Council need to implement, together with provision on procurement which states that the "Delivery Partner must obtain value for money when using the Funding and will act in a fair, open and non-discriminatory manner when buying goods and services".

Bromyard Town Council appointed K4 Architects after a procurement process which was done in a fair, open and non-discriminatory manner.
