Please provide proof that The Duchy of Cornwall Estate has a Felling Licence to fell trees during nesting season adjacent to Netherwood.

Herefordshire Council does not hold this information. Herefordshire Council only regulate in respect of Conservation Areas and Tree Preservation Orders, felling licences are issued by the Forestry Commission and not Herefordshire Council. If you would like to provide us with a map of the exact Estate site you are referring to we would be able to check if any Tree Preservation Orders apply.
