Answer: Please see spreadsheet attached. Please note, we do not record client category 'Older People'. However, on the OP line 2, I have shown block Shaw rates. We do not record data under neurological need. Uplift rates for 2023-24 have not been finalised, we are therefore unable to answer Q3 & 4 at present.
