Please can you tell me how many child safeguarding practice reviews the council has carried out in each year since 1 January 2020.
Please include any reports and/or summaries from each review that were either published or available to the public upon request.
For each review please tell me whether the case was referred to the National Child Safeguarding Practice Review Panel.
For each review, please include how long it took for the case to be referred to the National Child Safeguarding Practice Review Panel.

In response to the above questions, Herefordshire Council does not hold this information.
This information is held by the Herefordshire Safeguarding Children Partnership, which is a statutory multi-agency partnership. They can be contacted as follows: Safeguarding Children Partnership - Herefordshire Safeguarding Boards and Partnerships
However, please be advised that Safeguarding Children Partnership are not public authorities for the purpose of the Freedom of Information Act, and so are not obliged to answer any FOI requests made to them.
Under the Act, only public bodies like the council, fall under the remit of the Act. The Act covers requests for recorded information held by those bodies or by another person on behalf of that authority. Although staff working for the Herefordshire Safeguarding Children Board partnership may be based in Herefordshire Council offices and use the council's electronic systems and servers, the information requested above is not being held by Herefordshire Council nor is it being held by the Partnership on the council's behalf, for its own purposes. Therefore the information is not held for the purposes of the FOI Act by virtue of Section 3(2) (e).
