In response to the above questions, I am advised that the one-way moving traffic restriction at Kyrle Street, Ross-on-Wye is still in force at the time of writing and has not been extinguished. Please see the attached Map Tile indicating the extent of the lawful restriction.
If signs are missing, please contact the Traffic Management team TM@herefordshire.gov.uk so that they can arrange for these to be replaced.
