Further to my FOI requests, dated 29/10/24 and 28/11/24, and your responses to the same, I wish to follow-up with two additional questions.
1) In the last 12 months, how many enforcement notices has Herefordshire Council issued, requiring demolition or alteration of buildings, deemed to be in contravention of planning permission?
2) Has Herefordshire Council ever issued an enforcement notice, requiring demolition or alteration of a building, deemed to be in contravention of planning permission?
