Response

What was the average caseloads of Housing Officers dealing with homelessness applications in the housing options teams on 1st March 2017, 1st March 2021 & 1st March 2024?

The Service Area have advised that data from 2017 was collected under a different system due to a change in the law that came into effect on 1st April 2018. As a consequence we do not have access to run any data reports before that date and are therefore unable to provide the data for 2017. The earliest we could provide this data for is 2019 and I have included this below for your information.

March 2019 - Average of 28 cases per officer.

March 2021 - Average of 34 cases per officer

March 2024 - Average of 37 cases per officer
