Please can you tell me, in 2025, the total number of households (inc individuals) who were placed in temporary accommodation (including 'interim', 'emergency' or any other formulation for non-permanent accommodation) by the council. Can you please tell me in 2025 the number of refugee households (inc individuals) who were placed in temporary accommodation by the council.
CLARIFICATION: The total number households/total number of refugee households placed in temporary accommodation from 01/01/25 to 31/12/25 who were not accommodated in temporary accommodation by the council prior to 01/01/25.

Can you please tell me in 2025 the number of refugee households (inc individuals) who were placed in temporary accommodation by the council.
CLARIFICATION: The total number households/total number of refugee households placed in temporary accommodation from 01/01/25 to 31/12/25 who were not accommodated in temporary accommodation by the council prior to 01/01/25.
Answer: Total Number of households placed under a homelessness duty in temporary accommodation under Part VII of the Housing Act 1996 by Herefordshire Council between 01/01/25 – 31/12/25, and were not in such a placement prior to 01/01/25, was 264. The total number of households placed under a homelessness duty in temporary accommodation under Part VII of the Housing Act 1996 by Herefordshire Council between 01/01/25 – 31/12/25 (and were not in such a placement prior to 01/01/25) who had some form of leave to remain giving them recourse to public funds was 27. Of these 27, 7 households were recorded as having Refugee status.
