I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act regarding planning applications submitted to Herefordshire Council since 2015 that involved boundary related disputes or ownership issues.
Specifically, I would like to know:
1) The maximum, minimum, and average timescales for issuing a decision notice on planning applications where boundary disputes or land ownership concerns were identified or considered by planning officers.
2) If available, any accompanying explanation of factors that typically influence delays or extended decision periods in such cases.
