2. If such a plan exists, please provide a copy of the document, or if exemptions apply, a summary of its contents.

3. How many schools within your authority currently have, or have had in the last five years, a formal contingency or closure plan in place?

4. Please specify whether these plans relate to maintained schools, academies, or both.
