I kindly request the cost of clearing fly tipping in Herefordshire on a yearly basis, for the past 5 years. I request the average cost of clearing each incident, how this is calculated, what the costs are from and to whom it is paid.

Please see below. Please note that due to how the data is recorded, the service area are only able to provide the total spend on fly tipping per financial year, and costs of the individual removals are not broken down.
2018/19: £3,953.43
2019/20: £5,224.36
2020/21: £4,391.89
2021/22: £27,031.23
2022/23: £4,942.67 (Cost to date - 24 May 2022)
