Can you please inform how much the council has spent on supply teachers and teaching agencies in the last financial year for all schools.

Answer: For the 2025/26 financial year, maintained schools within the local authority spent a total of £1,730,763 on supply staff and teaching agencies.

Please note, this figure is based on local authority-maintained schools only; it does not include schools of Academy status. Academy schools would hold their own information.
