Learning Disability services- Packages of care including services commissioned for individuals with a learning disability are routinely arranged on an individual basis as the need arises using spot purchasing arrangements within appropriate framework agreements. The council is currently retendering the supported living and community activities framework agreement for providers of services for working age adults which includes people with a learning disability. This tendering process will be finalised in July 2024.
Mental Health support services - We don't directly commission any mental health support services. We either spot purchase (e.g. Moore House or Maplyn) or the ICB commissions mental health support services e.g. MIND Safe Haven etc.
