The total cost to recently evict a resident living at Tinkers Corner travellers site in Bosbury and whether these costs will be recouped by the Council.
The date was the 24th of April. Apparently the "ongoing issue" is that the tenant who was being evicted for non rent payments, has now taken up residency in a touring caravan in the car parking area of Tinkers Corner.
FURTHER CLARIFICATION:
Cost for the 24th, total outstanding amount of rent and has any of this been recovered or is it being written off.

Answer: The total cost relating to this eviction is £1,368.00 (legal fees).
The outstanding rent owed to Herefordshire Council stands at £13,907.04. The rent arrears debt has not been written off.
