The collection rates for the past few years are as follows:

2020/21 - 94.05%

2021/22 - 96.20%

2022/23 - 96.37%

2023/24 - 96.67%

The collection rates have increased by 2.15%, 0.17% and 0.30% over the past three years respectively.
