The Local Government Association’s annual conference took place at the Bournemouth International Centre this year from July 7th - July 9th.
Please advise:

2. Did your local authority pay any delegate/registration fees for those attending? If so, how much was spent collectively and individually for each person who attended?
3. Did your local authority pay, or has it agreed to pay, any expenses for those attending? If so, how much was spent (or agreed to be spent) collectively and individually for each person who attended?

The Local Government Association’s annual conference took place at the Bournemouth International Centre this year from July 7th - July 9th.

Answer: The information held is as follows:
LGA Conference Costs:
5 Councillors as listed above x 3 days = £3,594 (individual costs £239.60 each per day).
Paul Satoor x 2 days = £696.00
3. Did your local authority pay, or has it agreed to pay, any expenses for those attending? If so, how much was spent (or agreed to be spent) collectively and individually for each person who attended?
Answer: The Service area have advised no claims have been made to date, however, any claims that are made will be assessed against the Council’s travel and subsistence policy and processed in accordance with that policy.
