Please be kind enough to provide the following information relating to Herefordshire Council:
1) When do you anticipate re-tendering your electrical maintenance and/or PAT testing in domestic and commercial properties?
Answer: The Service Area have advised we are in the process of re-tendering this contract.
2) Who are the current providers of the contract?
Answer: M1 Testing Ltd.
3) When do you anticipate re-tendering your Gas servicing and Maintenance of domestic and/or commercial properties and/or Heating Maintenance?
Answer: The Service Area have advised this contract expires 30th June 2026. Re-tender of this contract is undertaken approximately 3 months before contract expiry.
4) Who are the current providers on this contract?
Answer: Ignis Group Limited.
5) When do you anticipate re-tendering for property and void repairs?
Answer: N/A – The Service Area have advised this contract is managed in-house. Herefordshire Council is the major shareholder of the Teckal compliant services company Hoople Ltd., who provide these services to the Council.
6) Who are the current providers of this contract?
Answer: Hoople Ltd.
