Has a Health and Safety Risk Assessment been completed, if so please provide a copy.
The Council has not carried out a Health and Safety Risk Assessment. All information submitted to the local planning authority on behalf of the Network Operator, including that relating to public health, is displayed on the Council's webpage below.
Has an Environmental Impact Analysis been completed, if so please forward a copy.
No, an EIA Opinion (Screening or Scoping) has not been issued as it is not applicable to development of this scale/type.
Does the 5G telecoms equipment have an insurance policy, if so please forward a copy of this.
The Local Planning Authority is not in possession of this information. Contact would need to be made directly with the Network Operator.
