A: Local Government pay award has not yet been confirmed for 2026/27 but information relating to the 2025/26 costs can be found within the 2025/26 Statement of Accounts at Note 16.2 – senior employee remuneration (page 45): Draft Financial Statements 2025-26 In addition, the Council has published it’s 2026 Pay Policy which reports how much it pays senior officers (see pages 3 & 9): Appendix A for Pay Policy Statement 2026-27.pdf
As such we consider this information to be exempt under Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 because it is reasonably accessible to you via other means. Please take this letter as a refusal notice under S17 of the Act.
