I would like to know how many complaints have been made against councillors in the following time periods:
1. since 1 May 2025 and
2. for the years 2023,2024 and 2025 individually. I would also like those numbers broken down further by:

As such we consider this information to be exempt under Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 because it is reasonably accessible to you via other means. Please take this letter as a refusal notice under S17 of the Act.

How many complaints were related to social media use
A: The service area have advised that we neither ask for nor collect details of political groups relating to complaints. Likewise, we do not collect in what medium an allegation was conveyed. A forensic review of every word of complaint and every email received from any party during the complaint may or may not reveal ‘social media’ as being involved. Therefore this information is not held.
