Response
Q1. Yes, there is a joint policy with the CCG (Clinical Commissioning Group) and local Mental Health Trust. Please find attached a copy.
Q2. There is no funding tool; funding is considered on a case by case basis.
Q3. This is the same as the joint policy, as attached.
Q4. The policy was agreed and implemented in August 2021. No formal review is planned for at least 3 years, although this will change if there are any significant legislative or case law changes before then.
