1) Please provide the actual cost incurred in this year for the posts listed on page 42, which should include the cost of temporary staff noted below the table. The table excludes the costs for contracts listed in the notes. For clarity this should be the entire cost of permanent and temporary cost.
For example;
“The Director for Children and Families left on 30 April 2021. The post was filled by temporary contract during the period to 31 December 2021. The post title became Corporate Director, Children and Young People from 1 January 2022.
The Director for Adults and Communities left on 4 July 2021. The post was filled by temporary contract during the period to June 2022 when the permanent appointee started. The post title became Corporate Director, Community Wellbeing.
The Director for Economy and Place left on 31 July 2021. The post was filled by temporary contract to 13 February 2022. The post titled became Corporate Director, Economy and Environment with a new director commencing in post 14 February 2022.
2)a) Please provide the total cost including agency fees for the cover/contract provided by the listed temporary staff noted in notes 3,4,5,7 and 8. Please provide the breakdown separately of each contract.
