Please can you advise/supply the following information:
Any permissions / license documents issued by the Highway Authority for Herefordshire Council with respect to planters located on the traffic Islands on Hereford City Link Road (See attached Google Map Link). https://maps.app.goo.gl/fFuYFLti73txEVXm7
Please provide me with the following information under the Freedom of Act 2000.
1) Confirmation what licenses / permissions were issued
2) Copies of all associated licenses / documents issued for my reference.

The Service Area have confirmed that Herefordshire Council own this highway asset and do not need to licence themselves for any planting they install. If a member of the public or Parish Council wanted to place a planter on the highway they would need permission to install/cultivate on the highway.
Therefore no permits or licenses were required or issued.
