B) Of these, please could you provide a breakdown by banding?
C) For each band, please could you tell us the longest time a household is currently waiting?
2. Please could you also provide the figure for the social housing waiting list for the end of 2023?
3. Please could you also tell us how many socially-rented homes are in your area in total

As at 25th September 2024 the figure is 2058
B) Of these, please could you provide a breakdown by banding?
Figures as at 25th September 2024 -
Band A – 188 households
Band B – 1132 households
Band C – 231 households
Band D – 61 households
Band E – 446 households
C) For each band, please could you tell us the longest time a household is currently waiting?

Band A – 8 years and 5 months
Band B – 11 years and 8 months
Band C - 10 years and 3 months
Band D – 4 years and 1 month
Band E – 10 years and 3 months
2. Please could you also provide the figure for the social housing waiting list for the end of 2023?
As at 31st December 2023 the number on the waiting list stood at 1586.
3. Please could you also tell us how many socially-rented homes are in your area in total?
There are currently 10.855 social rented properties provided by Registered Providers in Herefordshire. The Council no longer has its own housing stock.
