For each of the past five financial years, please provide the number of Closure Orders obtained by the Council under the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 in relation to premises involved in the sale, storage, or distribution of illegal tobacco products.

If no such Closure Orders were obtained during a particular year, please confirm this.

For the avoidance of doubt, by “illegal tobacco products” I mean tobacco products that are illicit, counterfeit, smuggled, non-UK duty paid, or otherwise non-compliant with UK law.

I am writing to make a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I would like to request the following information regarding enforcement action related to the sale of illegal tobacco products:

For each of the past five financial years, please provide the number of Closure Orders obtained by the Council under the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 in relation to premises involved in the sale, storage, or distribution of illegal tobacco products.
