On the 18th June 2012 thorough research by the local authority on the rights and restrictions in place on UC 752235 Brown Lane Dorestone, lead to the cessation of enforcement action at that time.
1. Can you please supply a copy of that research report with an explanation of why the enforcement action did not proceed.
2, Can you also confirm that part of the route of UC752235 has been deleted from the list of streets , and provide the rationale for this decision.

On the 18th June 2012 thorough research by the local authority on the rights and restrictions in place on UC 752235 Brown Lane Dorestone, lead to the cessation of enforcement action at that time.
1. Can you please supply a copy of that research report with an explanation of why the enforcement action did not proceed.
Please see attached copy of the 2012 report requested (entitled the 'Draft Report') which led to cessation of enforcement action at that time.
This was made publicly available at the time and following feedback from stakeholders lead to a subsequent report dated 2014 which supported enforcement action. Please find attached a copy of that report. Subsequent reports have since been received from the landowners' representatives which the council is seeking expert advice on and is looking at all the available evidence.
2, Can you also confirm that part of the route of UC752235 has been deleted from the list of streets, and provide the rationale for this decision.
I am advised that this route has not been deleted from the list of streets.

At the time of writing the outcome of this matter has not been decided and therefore the route remains on the list of streets
