Under the Freedom of Information Act, I would like to request the following information:
- Whether the council has weight management service contracts with Slimming World/Miles Bramwell or WW/Weight Watchers, either directly or through a third party organisation?
o Which other weight management services does the council have contracts with?
- The total amount paid over the course of any current contracts with Slimming World - or estimated budget, where amount paid not available.
o The total amount paid over the course of contracts with Slimming World -or estimated budget, where amount paid not available - for the following financial years: 2018-2019; 2019-2020; 2020-2021; 2021-2022; 2022-2023; 2023-present.
- The total amount paid over the course of any current contracts with Weight Watchers/WW - or estimated budget, where amount paid not available.
o The total amount paid over the course of contracts with Weight Watchers/WW - or estimated budget, where amount paid not available - for the following financial years: 2018-2019; 2019-2020; 2020-2021; 2021-2022; 2022-2023; 2023-present.
- The start and end dates of active contracts with Slimming World.
- The start and end dates of active contracts with Weight Watchers.
- How many people have accessed Slimming World through the council's partnership over the last five years, broken down by year?

We can confirm that Herefordshire Council has not commissioned or held contracts for any weight management services either during the time periods requested or currently.
